Salam Peace’s Azi Mohammed wins Young Leader with Impact award

The organisers wrote “I’m delighted to be able to tell you the judges have selected Azi as one of the recipients of the Young Leader with Impact Award this year.  Our judging panel was hugely impressed both by the work Azi does for Salaam Peace, as well as the obvious pride you organisation has about the way in which he contributes to your organisation and the wider community.   Your application was a powerful testament to the positive difference young people can make to life in London, even in the most challenging circumstances”.  It’s the 4^th award in the last 12 months Salaam Peace has recognised with, following on from the Diana Award, the London Sports Award and the Sports Journalists Award.
